Clarity Call Scheduling
This page explains how Clarity Calls are scheduled for adults in a situational crisis, where I serve as an independent, fast second mind to provide clear perspective and decisive next steps.
Requesting a Call
Email me to request a Clarity Call. Indicate urgency in plain language — for example: “tomorrow,” “tonight,” “this weekend,” or “super urgent asap.”
In your email, include your time zone and the phone number you want me to call.

Scheduling & Confirmation
If I’m able to take your request, I’ll reply by email with 1–2 specific appointment options. At the same time, I will send a brief text notification directing you to check your email.
Appointment options are held for 30 minutes.
Reply to the email within that window to accept a specific day and time.
Once you accept a time, you will receive a payment link by email. A second one-way text notification will be sent directing you to check your inbox to complete payment. Payment must be completed within 30 minutes to confirm the appointment.
If payment is not received within 30 minutes, the appointment is released and may no longer be available.
Text messages are one-way notifications only and are not monitored or used for communication.
Once payment is received, both of us receive a confirmation email and the call is scheduled.
What to Expect
A Clarity Call is a focused, adult conversation. You bring the situation as it is. I act as an independent, fast second mind — cutting through noise, identifying what matters, and helping you land on a clear next step.
There is nothing to prepare in advance.
Before the Call
Make sure your phone does not silence unknown or blocked callers. I call from a blocked number.
Be available at the scheduled time. If you do not answer, I will wait three minutes before marking the call as a no-show. Payment applies; calls are not rescheduled.
Calls are up to 60 minutes.
If documents are relevant, you may email me up to two pages (contracts, letters, notices). Please do not send a written summary of what you want to discuss.
Have pen and paper available. Be in a quiet, private location with good reception. Avoid speakerphone.
Calls are phone-based only. I do not use Zoom or video.
